Please read these terms carefully before placing any order with elle-vacion.com (the “Website”). By purchasing a product on the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
We recommend that you print and keep a copy of our terms and conditions for your reference.
We may from time to time make changes to these Terms and Conditions without notice. Such changes will apply to any subsequent orders placed, but not to orders placed before the changes were published.

4. Our Contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from the Website, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order; this is not an acceptance of your order, purely an acknowledgement of order details. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send an email to you confirming that we have accepted the order and the goods have been despatched (the “Order Confirmation Email”). Such acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Order Confirmation Email to you.
You are seeking to enter into a contract with Elle-Vacion when you place an order. This contract is legally binding when you have placed an order, your order has been accepted by us and we have sent you the Order Confirmation Email. Until we send you the Order Confirmation Email you have the right to cancel your order.
We reserve the right to refuse any offer to buy by you at any time, if for example, the item you wish to purchase is out of stock; we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment; there is an error in product information, you are under 16 years of age.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing or promotion mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an email confirming acceptance of your order and there will be no contract between us.
Elle-Vacion will retain the title in the products until full payment has been made by you and has been received by Elle-Vacion.
5. How to Place and Order
From our Shop pages you can view our full range, or you can use the BRAS, THONGS, BRIEFS, SHORTS links to help you find what you are looking for.
You can also filter your search ALPHABETICALLY, by CUP SIZE, by PRICE, by COLOUR and by KEYWORD.
Once you have chosen your item, select the size that you want and the quantity and then click the ADD TO SHOPPING BAG tab to proceed to the CHECKOUT to complete your order.
All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Delivery and should be delivered with your normal post. The Standard Delivery charge is £3.90 (three pounds ninety pence), which is charged per order no matter how many parcels make up the order.
We aim to despatch all in-stock items ordered by 6 p.m. (Monday-Friday) the following day. In-stock items ordered after 6 p.m. (Monday-Thursday) will be despatched within two working days. In-stock items ordered after 6 p.m. on a Friday or at any time on a Saturday will be despatched on the following Monday.
PLEASE NOTE THAT SUNDAYS AND UK BANK HOLIDAYS ARE NEITHER DESPATCH OR DELIVERY DAYS, SO PLEASE ADD AN EXTRA DAY FOR DESPATCH OR DELIVERY WHERE YOUR ORDER FALLS ON A SUNDAY OR UK BANK HOLIDAY.
All items ordered for delivery within the UK should arrive with you within 3-5 (three to five) working days following despatch. However during busy times such as sale periods, seasonal holidays or inclement weather conditions, deliveries may take longer.
7. International Orders
If you would like to place an order with us from outside the UK please note that delivery outside the UK will be subject to international delivery cost and will be subject to longer delivery times.

8. Delivered Goods Damaged in Transit
On receiving your order by post you must inspect the goods for damage prior to wearing them. If the goods are damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at: [email protected] so that we can claim against the carriers.
For all UK orders, once you have contacted us to advise us that your goods have arrived damaged we will provide you with a Returns Authorisation Number. We will ask you to return the goods to us, within 14 (fourteen) days of notifying us of the damage, in the original packaging and we will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund.
If you opt for a replacement* we will send you the goods at no cost to you. The cost of returning the goods to us via Royal Mail Second Class post will also be reimbursed to you. If you opt for a full refund we will include the original cost of postage as well as the cost of returning the goods to us via Royal Mail Second Class post in the overall refund amount.
Any refund amount will be credited back to you via the same payment method used to place your original order.
Please ensure that you request a free Certificate of Postage from the Post Office when you return the damaged item and retain it for your reference. The Post Office will stamp the Certificate and provide a tracking number to prove that the goods have been returned. You must hold on to this document until the matter has been fully resolved, because without this we cannot offer a replacement or a refund in the event that we do not receive the returned items.

In order to ensure that unwarranted claims are not made, Elle-Vacion reserves the right to request further information from the customer and to refuse claims that it suspects are unwarranted.

*We can only replace an item for the same product in the same size and colour, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be replaced.
9. Goods Lost in Transit
UK posted packages are considered lost if they have not arrived with you within 15 (fifteen) working days of us sending the Order Confirmation Email. Our UK delivery timelines in normal conditions are 3-5 (three to five) working days following the Order Confirmation Email.
If your item has not arrived with you within 5 (five) working days, following despatch please contact us at [email protected]. Where the original item has not arrived after 15 working days from despatch our couriers, Royal Mail will investigate.
